Checked the file downloads twice. Al appears correct. Sorry to hear of your strange problem.
Try opening the zip in a new folder.

Weird thing is, Jeremy also claims to be missing Track 10.
So I redid the deeply thorough thing and unzipped the original Zip used for the upload.
